White Tail Electric, Inc. is dedicated to the safety of its employees and co-workers. Our goal is to maintain zero on the job accidents at all times. All employees are informed of the company's safety policies upon being hired.

Zero Tolerance Drug Policy

White Tail Electric, Inc. is a certified, drug free work place. Employees are informed of this at the time of hire. We randomly perform drug testing at hiring and throughout employment periods. In addition, employees are always tested immediately following any accident.

Health

We believe that the health of our employees is vital to the safety of the job. White Tail Electric, Inc. offers each of its employees a comprehensive health care policy. We encourage each employee to use this insurance in order to maintain a health lifestyle.
