The following is a short list of projects that we have completed in the Atlanta area.
  • Big Ten Tire Stores (5 completed to date)
    Contract: $28,000 each

    Scope of work: New free standing tire/service stores with small offices and large service area.

  • Borders Books & Music - Brookwood Place(Buckhead)
    Contract:$112,500
    Contractor: Dakota Contracting (678) 776-1913

    Scope of work: New 25,000 square foot two story book store with cafe'.

  • Visible Genetics
    Contract: $280,000
    Contractor: Shoppman Freese Construction

    Scope of work: 40,000 square foot, 1st generation, class B tenant finish. This included labs, computer room and kitchen.

  • Chapter 13 Trusteeship
    Contract: $43,800
    Contractor: Sherwood & Associates (404) 881-1060

    Scope of work: 8,000 square foot, 1st generation, class A tenant finish

  • So So Def - Sony Recording Studio
    Contract: $229,000
    Contractor: Baldwin & Clark Construction (404) 784-0852

    Scope of work: 25,000 square foot, 1st generation recording studio. Building contained: three recording areas, two apartments, kitchen, 1/2 size basketball gym, and large office area. In addition, we have an ongoing service agreement with the tenant.
